Our Charity Shop opened its doors on Saturday, 25 April 2009, in response to the need to increase our funds to support our work, caring for cats. We are committed to providing a high standard of items for sale and an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Whether you’re looking to pick up a bargain, donate items or support our work, please come and visit our Cheltenham shop, 20 St James Street. We look forward to seeing you.

Questions and Answers

How do I donate?
If you are able to, we would appreciate you bringing the donated items into the shop, as we like to thank people for donating goods. Please don't leave them on the doorstep. We are open 6 days a week from 09:30 to 16:30 weekdays, 10:00 to 16:00 Saturdays. If you have problems bringing your donation in contact Barry on 01242 234494.

What items can I donate?
As we are looking to raise as much money as possible for our kitty-kats, we would appreciate items that can be sold for a good profit. We love receiving clothes in good condition, with great labels, plus handbags and jewellery. Books in good condition, bric-a-brac, too.

What items can't I donate?
We can't sell large items of furniture (no room in our shop), electrical goods, underwear, used cosmetics, food or alcohol.

Volunteering at the shop - how can I help?
Barry Shop Volunteer - Do you have some spare time to help out at our charity shop? If so, our charismatic shop manager Barry (picture on the left) would love to hear from you, telephone 01242 234494 or pop into the shop and see what you think; have a chat over coffee or tea.

Retail Marketing Volunteer - We have a great shop with great people, but we would benefit from someone with marketing experience - someone who will suggest ways in which to raise awareness of our newly opened charity shop and help to drive those ideas forward in order to raise much needed funds for the cats and kittens of Cheltenham. To find out more, please contact Barry, our charity shop manager - telephone 01242 234494.
